The surface features two river flows, which gave the coffee table the name WILD LANDSCAPE. This wooden coffee table is also equipped with a base made of brushed stainless steel. The one shown here Coffee table made of wood is made from recycled teak wood. The wood mainly comes from old power poles and bridges. Teak wood is generally untreated, making the use of these woods safe for children.
All coffee tables from our company are created by hand from the procurement of raw materials to the finishing. Coffee tables made of wood from GERKEN Wohndesign are thus unique pieces that will not be found in this form and structure a second time.
The raw material for this wooden coffee table (100 x 80 cm) comes from old houses and bridges on the islands of Java and Bali. The acquisition of the wood is done under the supervision of local authorities, which issue a certificate for the wood used. This certificate is issued by the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food as part of the EU Timber Trade Regulation controlled.
