Design dining table made of wood with stainless steel and glass from the series „Elements“

This design dining table made of wood (250 x 100 cm) from the series „Elements“ consists of two solid wood planks of lychee,…a fruit tree whose wood impresses with its special hardness and reddish color. The solid wood planks were attached to a specially developed table frame made of stainless steel (brushed) with an inner tree edge. Subsequently, a glass plate was artistically framed by hand.
In addition to this design dining table made of wood, we also offer coffee tables.

All tables from our company are handcrafted by small family businesses in Java, Indonesia. We exclusively use wood from fruit trees that we purchase from private ownership under the supervision of local communities. The „GERKEN Wohndesign“ completely avoids the use of tropical wood.

In our exhibitions in Bad Zwischenahn / Germany and Mallorca / Spain, a viewing of all dining tables and coffee tables from our production is possible.
