The extremely popular design dining table from the series „Fusion“ from the house “GERKEN Wohndesign" casts many things into the shade. Its extraordinary shape and unusual materials are a clear indication of its origin,… the table forge GERKEN Wohndesign.
The tabletop is made of recycled teak wood, which comes from old houses, bridges, and power poles from the islands of Java and Bali. The wood is of course untreated! The individual solid wood planks were glued together and cut into the shape of the table. In the interior, we have created various decorative placeholders, which were adorned with intricately cut glass plates. The design dining table stands on three table bases made of brushed stainless steel, which, like all other components of the dining table, were also created by pure handwork. Each table from the series „Fusion“ is thus a unique piece that will never exist again in this form and structure.

Note: The design dining table Fusion was made from recycled teak wood. The sustainability of our products is very important to us. The wood comes from former buildings, bridges, and power poles from the islands of Java and Bali. The raw material is of course completely untreated and only receives a seal of high-quality furniture wax in our in-house workshop.
