All tables from our company are handcrafted by small family businesses in Java, Indonesia. We exclusively use wood from fruit trees that we purchase from private ownership under the supervision of local communities. The „GERKEN Wohndesign“ completely avoids the use of tropical wood.

In our exhibitions in Bad Zwischenahn / Germany and Mallorca / Spain, a viewing of all dining tables and coffee tables from our production is possible.
