Dreamlike dining table with live edge (Suar log)

With the LAKESIDE series comes a Dining table with live edge in our current portfolio. The dining table was handcrafted from two solid logs, glued, sanded, and coated with a high-quality water-based lacquer. In the interior, parts of the natural live edge and a natural growth in the wood were left visible and adorned with glass inlays. On both sides of the dining table, there are again two live edges, giving the table a completely natural look. The resulting tabletop for this Dining table with live edge stands on two table bases from the „Freestyle“ series made of raw steel in industrial design.

A dining table made from a log, with live edge does not always have to be made from a single log. The use of two logs gives us completely new possibilities for the basic design of the dining table. This way, we can not only create higher stability against warping and cracks due to the gluing but also in the optical design, the inner and outer live edges give us new possibilities for a combination with interestingly designed glass inlays. This Dining table with live edge is thus a unique piece in design, which will not be replicated.
