• The tabletop consists of three solid wood elements made of recycled teak wood.
• The wood is aged between 70 and 100 years and is characterized by its original structure.
• The gaps between the wood elements are filled with glass inlays that replicate the course of two rivers.
• The tabletop rests on a stainless steel frame that provides stability and forms a modern contrast to the natural wood.

The glass inserts allow the structure of the ancient wood to remain visible, highlighting the special grain and the natural patina of the wood.

Our tables are made from old wood sourced from traditional houses on the islands of Java and Bali. The initial processing takes place in small family businesses before the tables arrive in Germany. In our in-house workshop, experienced carpenters take care of the final finishing. The origin of the wood is monitored and certified on-site by authorities. This certification complies with the requirements of the Timber Trade Regulation and is controlled for each imported piece of wood by the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food.
