An exclusive dining table from the house of GERKEN Wohndesign is presented to you in this article. In reference to our previous series „Wild Landscape“, the model „Freestyle Landscape“ was added to our portfolio for the year 2021. The tabletop consists of three handcrafted glued solid wood planks, which were combined with interesting glass plates to create a great and exclusive tabletop. The tabletop is supported by two table runners from the Freestyle series,… which, unlike the previous frame, ensures optimal support for the tabletop. Dining tables from our manufactory are not only exclusive but also beautiful and sustainable. We fundamentally refrain from using protected woods. We see no reason to use fresh wood for our furniture, as the reclaimed wood used here is usually available in virtually unlimited quantities. With our dining tables and coffee tables, we have been showing for many years that exclusive and impressive furniture can also be made from reclaimed wood, which is normally processed into charcoal. With every table from our house, we thus protect our climate,… because every cubic meter of burned or charred wood releases up to 1000 kg of carbon dioxide.

Exclusive does not have to be expensive!

Even though every table from our house is a unique piece,… and even though every table is handcrafted,… we believe that our living style should not only be available to the exclusive wealthy population. Rather, we hope to inspire many individual people with our work.
