Our bestseller solid wood coffee table „Deep Island“

With this coffee table „Deep Island“ made of reclaimed wood gives the term „sustainability“ a completely new meaning. The solid tabletop consists of glued solid wood planks with an impressive thickness of approx. 8 cm. The solid wood planks are intricately glued together and hand brushed to highlight the beautiful structure of the wood. The traces of previous use of the solid beams were adorned with wooden dowels and wooden inserts in meticulous work. An additional design element feature of the „Deep Island“ series is the glass inserts that allow a view into the interior of the tabletop. Finally, the tabletop received a protective layer of high-quality furniture wax in our in-house workshop (We use the Clou). The table frame in the shape of a crescent moon is made of stainless steel or raw steel.

This extraordinary coffee table „Lakeside“ is already very rare due to its natural shape. The tabletop was made from solid Tree slice sawed and glued by hand, sanded and lacquered. The table frame was specially made for this coffee table and is made of stainless steel from the „Halfmoon“ series. Since the tree slice retains its original shape and structure, it has an internal Live edge, structure, as well as naturally occurring growths, the gaps were elaborately adorned with a hand-cut glass plate. By using tree slices from the Tree root area, an additionally very impressive appearance is created.
