Natural, solid, and unique – a coffee table for high demands.
One Impressive coffee table from a Tree slice is more than just an ordinary table from the furniture store,… it is a statement for people with the highest standards.
The impressively massive tabletop consists of two interlocked tree slices and originates from the root area of an old teak tree. The tree stump comes from areas of current reforestation, where decades ago teak trees were cut down without regard for the forests to satisfy the hunger for the famous folding chair made of teak wood.
This combination of old wood with handcrafted glass inlays creates an extraordinary look that connects old design structures with new ones.
The naturally formed holes and growths in the massive slab have been artistically filled with glass inlays to emphasize the depth and the beautiful structure of the wood. The surface of the tabletop was then coated with a high-quality, water-based furniture lacquer, providing long-lasting protection while maintaining a natural feel.
