That’s exactly what we are about with the series SKY ISLAND. It is not just a dining table that is practical, but it sustainably changes the atmosphere in your dining room or open living area.

The oval dining table SKY ISLAND consists of an impressive tabletop made of solid Teak wood (recycled) with a thickness of an astounding 10 cm,… not doubled or any fake, but completely solid wood throughout. The unmistakable highlight is the centrally embedded glass insert, which reveals the natural structure of the wood and its massive thickness. This not only brings light into the table, but it also brings a design that you will not find in any other dining table.

How is the surface of the oval dining table refined?

The surface of the SKY ISLAND is brushed by hand to highlight the natural feel of the wood. It is then meticulously sealed with a high-quality furniture wax. If you prefer an absolutely low-maintenance option, you can alternatively receive the table with a silk-matt lacquered surface. This way, you decide whether you prefer a rustic-natural or a modern-cared-for look.

Industrial design in two variants – The table frame of the SKY ISLAND

The SKY ISLAND stands on an extremely stable table frame made of raw steel, which with its Industrial design raw steel provides an exciting contrast to the oval tabletop. This combination is already very extraordinary and works in modern lofts as well as in old apartments with wooden floorboards.
Does the industrial design not fit into your decor? No problem, because optionally you can also get the table frame made of brushed stainless steel,… perfect for brightly furnished rooms with a clear design language.

Oval dining tables over 4 meters long? Yes, that's possible!

In our furniture exhibition, you will also find an exceptionally long dining table from the SKY ISLAND series,… over 4 meters long!
For this table, a narrower width was deliberately chosen to give the table more space in elongated rooms. This exhibition piece also has a table frame made of raw steel, but can be made for you, as previously mentioned, in stainless steel.
