Sustainability is a top priority for the dining tables from „GERKEN Wohndesign“. The most popular dining tables from our house are made of recycled wood. This wood comes from old houses on the islands of Java and Bali and is processed there by small family businesses affiliated with us into tabletops for dining tables and coffee tables. Upon arrival of the tables at our warehouse in Germany, our workshop team takes over. The tabletops are refurbished and meticulously refined with a natural furniture wax. Depending on customer preferences, we finally assemble the table frame before the dining table embarks on its journey to the customer.
