Reclaimed wood dining table with stainless steel frame and glass top

With this example, we show you the reclaimed wood dining table from the „Asoka“ series. The basis for this reclaimed wood dining table is smaller tree slices from the root of a teak tree. The individual slices were hand-connected and mounted as a finished tabletop on a stainless steel table frame. To achieve an absolutely low-maintenance surface, the tabletop made of reclaimed wood was covered with a glass plate. The table frame for this dining table was hand-brushed. For this reclaimed wood dining table, we have various coffee tables / living room tables available from stock, which can be excellently combined due to the type of wood and the stainless steel table frame.

All tables from our company are handcrafted by small family businesses in Java, Indonesia. For our reclaimed wood tables, we exclusively use woods that cannot be used for industrial purposes and would unfortunately only be used for charcoal production. At „GERKEN Naturstein & Wohndesign,“ the use of tropical wood is completely avoided.
