The „Blocks“, a rectangular coffee table and also a striking piece of furniture that impresses with its powerful presence and the use of high-quality materials. It combines the weight and appearance of real wooden beams with a clear, modern design – ideal for characterful living styles.

The tabletop for the shown Coffee table consists of four solid wooden beams with an impressive thickness of approx. 16 x 16 cm and a length of 120 cm. The beams have been mounted on a sturdily constructed sled base made of brushed stainless steel. This combination of reclaimed wood with stainless steel and glass creates an exciting interplay between the rectangular wooden structure and the cool clarity of stainless steel.
The design is completed by a 10 mm thick glass top, which has been flush-mounted. It provides an easy-care surface and permanently protects the underlying wood from wear.

Coffee table BLOCKS :: Finishing and details

The surface of the wooden beams has been brushed and then sealed with a high-quality wax. This keeps the natural structure of the wood noticeably intact while making the maintenance of the material easier. A rectangular coffee table from the series „Blocks“ bears the marks of the past, as the wood used comes from recycled sources, including old houses and agricultural buildings.
