The solid wood table DEEP ISLAND comes with a solid tabletop that has an incredible thickness of 10 cm.
The basis for this Solid wood table consists of solid wood planks made from recycled teak wood, which have been glued together by hand. The table stands on two table frames made of raw steel from the Freestyle series. You can find more large wooden tables from the DEEP ISLAND series in various designs in our online shop „Der Tischonkel“ as well as in our furniture store in Detern, Lower Saxony on the Jümme from an area of over 6000 sqm.

The DEEP ISLAND is one of the most popular solid wood tables from our company. For this reason, we always keep stock in sizes 160 x 90 cm, 180 x 90 cm, 200 x 100 cm, 220 x 100 cm, 250 x 100 cm, and 300 x 100 cm. Other sizes, e.g. a large wooden table with 400 x 100 cm are usually also immediately available. In addition, we offer you the option to order this table made of solid wood in custom dimensions. Solid wood tables,… and the topic of sustainability

We use for our solid wood tables exclusively recycled wood (Teak wood) from the islands of Java and Bali, where the wood is sourced from old demolished houses and bridges. On-site, the tabletops are prefabricated by small family businesses affiliated with us, before this solid wood table, after arriving in Germany, is refined in our in-house workshop.
