„We found a beautiful house in the Heisfelde district and are looking forward to the fresh start in Leer,“ says Olaf Gerken. Currently, the family is still commuting from Bad Zwischenahn to Leer until their new house is ready for occupancy. Their two sons are already attending school in Leer. In Bad Zwischenahn, the couple has been running a mail-order business selling furniture from Asia for over 10 years.
The television team from the TV station accompanied the apartment viewing in Leer and will soon broadcast the episode in the show „Goodbye Germany.“.
