Of course, all wooden products from GERKEN Wohndesign are imported according to the requirements of the EU Timber Trade Regulation The certificates we provide (FLEGT) are individually checked by the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE – Trade in Timber) for each incoming container.

Configure sustainable dining tables yourself

Now that's an interesting offer. You can configure your very own dining table yourself in our dining table configurator and simultaneously contribute to environmental protection. Almost all dining tables from our company are made from recycled wood. The recycled wood comes from old wood of former houses and bridges from the islands of Java and Bali. Another special feature of our tables is the incredible thickness of the tabletops, which can be up to 10 cm of solid wood depending on the dining table model.
All other components used, the raw steel, the stainless steel, the glass,… these are all materials that are 100% recyclable.
