What makes a tree trunk table so special?

The absolute centerpiece of this table is its massive 8 cm thick wood plank. No gluing, no doubling, with this Dining table you get real solid wood in its most impressive form.
And: The tabletop deliberately shows its history.

The natural cracks and growths present in the Tree trunk have not been concealed but were lovingly and traditionally adorned and highlighted with glass inlays. This creates a unique depth effect, an optical flow that captures and holds the gaze. Each of these glass decorations was precisely fitted, making your table an absolute one-of-a-kind.

The surface of the solid tabletop has been finely sanded and sealed with a silk-matte water-based varnish, soft to the touch and yet resilient in everyday use.
