Tischonkel exclusively processes solid wood, especially teak, acacia, suar and recycled reclaimed wood. Depending on the design, surfaces are oiled, waxed or lacquered to emphasize the natural grain and make the furniture durable for everyday use. Accents of raw steel or stainless steel complete the appearance.
How can I best care for a sideboard or lowboard?
For daily care, a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient. For oiled surfaces, occasional re-oiling or waxing is recommended to preserve the natural shine. Metal parts made of raw steel or iron should be wiped dry to protect them long-term.
