Materials: Suar (similar to acacia), dark stained with glass top (glass thickness - 1 cm)
This coffee table made from a tree stump uses Suar wood. Suar is very similar to acacia and is therefore often marketed under this trade name. The tree stump from a tree trunk was hand-carved, sanded, and lacquered. The extraordinary shape of the tree stump gave us the unique opportunity to replicate the structure of a leaf. The surface of the coffee table was additionally equipped with a glass top that follows the natural shape of the tree trunk.
