Yes, the majority of our oil paintings are unique pieces, painted by hand on canvas. The lively texture of the oil paint and slight variations make each picture one of a kind.
Are the pictures already framed?
Our canvas pictures are already stretched on sturdy wooden stretcher frames. They are "ready-to-hang" and do not require an additional outer frame, but of course can be reframed by you if desired.
How are large pictures shipped?
Due to the size (often over 100x100cm) and sensitivity, we ship large-format artworks securely packed via freight. Smaller formats are sent to you by parcel shipping.
Can I view the original pictures?
Absolutely! You often have to "feel" a picture. Hundreds of exhibits hang in our exhibition in Detern. Since colors can vary depending on screen settings, a visit is worthwhile to experience the texture and brilliance live.
Which motifs does Tischonkel offer?
