The tabletop consists of solid wooden beams made from recycled teak wood. The wood comes from old buildings in Java and Bali and is characterized by its stability and durability.

The Deep Island dining table in the size 220 x 100 cm combines solid recycled teak wood with modern stainless steel architecture. The 9 cm thick tabletop is made from reclaimed wood that was once part of decades-old houses and bridges. In traditional craftsmanship, the planks were glued, sanded, and processed into an impressive tabletop that makes every meal a special moment.

With this reclaimed wood dining table, the term „sustainability“ takes on a whole new meaning. The massive tabletop consists of glued solid wood planks with an impressive thickness of approx. 9.5 cm. The solid wood planks were painstakingly glued together and hand-brushed to emphasize the beautiful wood structure. Signs of previous use of the massive beams were carefully decorated with wooden dowels and inlays.
Finally, the tabletop received a protective layer of high-quality furniture wax in our in-house workshop.
The crescent-shaped table frame is made of stainless steel and was also handcrafted before receiving a brushed finish.

The "Deep Island" series has become a bestseller in recent years. The tabletop is made from recycled wood from old houses in Java and Bali and has an impressive thickness of 9–10 cm. Due to the age of the wood, which ranges between 70 and 100 years, each table tells its own story and reflects the culture of the Javanese people. The dining table is not only solid but also durable and resilient – a dining table that future generations will remember us by.

There are two types of dining tables in the "Deep Island" series. The first option is a dining table with a completely closed solid wood tabletop without additional decorations. The second option is to equip the tabletop surface with individual glass inlays, handcrafted in freehand cutting. These glass inlays are selected proportionally to the size of the table and create a connection between the rustic look of the wood and a modern design element.

The half-moon frame is by far the most popular in the "Deep Island" series. Additionally, we offer various table frames suitable for different interior styles. The table frames are available in brushed stainless steel and silk-matte lacquered raw steel in industrial design and perfectly match the design of the tabletop.
