Surface: The tree slice was finely sanded and waxed.
This extraordinary coffee table is already very rare due to its natural shape. The tabletop was cut from solid tree slices and glued, sanded, and waxed entirely by hand. The industrial-style table frame was specially made for this coffee table and consists of raw steel from the "Halfmoon" series. Using tree slices from the root area additionally creates a very impressive look.
Note: All dining tables and coffee tables made from solid tree slices are resanded and treated with high-quality furniture wax by our carpenters in our in-house workshop before delivery to ensure a beautiful surface upon delivery. Some of our coffee tables made from tree slices are still shown in the shop without refinishing.
