Usually, our sale items are flawless A-grade goods. We discount tables to make room for new container deliveries and collections in our showroom. If a table actually has small visual peculiarities or B-grade features, we explicitly and transparently point this out in the product description.
Do I get exactly the table shown in the picture?
Yes! For our solid dining tables, especially tree trunk tables and root woods, we follow the principle "What you see is what you get." Each table is unique and individually photographed. You receive exactly the piece you select in the shop.
How do I care for a solid wood dining table?
Solid wood is grateful and easy to care for. For cleaning after meals, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. To maintain protection and silky shine, we recommend treating the table 1-2 times a year with suitable furniture wax (e.g., from Clou), depending on use. This refreshes the grain and protects against moisture.
Can I also finance the tables?
Yes, we offer installment payment via PayPal. You can conveniently select this option directly in the checkout and pay for your dream dining table in monthly installments from 3 to 24 months.
Are the tables suitable for underfloor heating?
Our dining tables are made from seasoned and kiln-dried wood, making them very dimensionally stable. Nevertheless, wood is a natural product that "works." For underfloor heating, we recommend not placing direct heat sources (like hot pots without coasters) on the tabletop and maintaining a constant room climate, so nothing stands in the way of enjoying your table.
How are the dining tables delivered?
Due to weight and size, we ship our dining tables securely packaged on a pallet via freight forwarder to the curbside. We contact you beforehand to coordinate delivery. Of course, you can also pick up your sale find directly from us in Detern and save shipping costs.
