Tables from the „Old Elements“ series are made from recycled teak wood planks in a rich dark brown on the outside and an artistically curved glass top on the inside. This solid wood dining table combines rustic country house charm with modern materials like hardly any other piece of furniture. With this table, you will make a great statement in your dining room and leave a lasting impression on your guests.

All components of the dining table – wooden panels, central glass, and frame – are assembled entirely by hand, allowing them to be optimally coordinated with each other.

Unique and sustainable solid wood dining tables from Tischonkel

We only manufacture our tables from the wood of non-threatened fruit trees or from recycled wood. The wood for the „Old Elements“ series, for example, comes from old demolished houses, power poles, and bridges from the islands of Java and Bali. Since it is naturally very resilient, the teak wood is only treated with a natural wax, making it ready for use in your home.
Instead of mass production, we focus on uniqueness and work exclusively with small family businesses. Because they take the natural shapes of the wood into account during production, each of our tables is a one-of-a-kind piece and cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
