With this reclaimed wood dining table, the term "sustainability" takes on a whole new meaning. The massive tabletop consists of glued solid wood planks with an impressive thickness of 9 to 10 cm. The solid wood planks were carefully glued together and hand-brushed to highlight the beautiful wood structure. The processing marks from the previous use of the massive beams were meticulously decorated with wooden dowels and inserts. Another highlight of the custom table are the hand-inserted glass inlays, which allow a view into the solid wood.
Finally, the tabletop received a protective layer of high-quality furniture wax in our in-house workshop.
The table frame, shaped like a half moon, is made of stainless steel and was also handcrafted before being hand-matte brushed.

The reclaimed wood used comes from old demolished houses and bridges on the islands of Java and Bali, where the individual components of this coffee table are pre-fabricated to your desired size in small family businesses. After the semi-finished tables arrive at our warehouse, the individual parts are refurbished (e.g. brushing and waxing of the wood parts) and assembled in our in-house workshop.
