The "Deep Island" series has become a bestseller in recent years. The tabletop is made from recycled wood from old houses on Java and Bali and has an impressive thickness of 9–10 cm. Due to the age of the wood, which is between 70 and 100 years, each table tells its own story and reflects the culture of the Javanese people. The dining table is not only solid but also durable and resilient,... it is a dining table that future generations will remember us by.

There are two types of dining tables in the "Deep Island" series. The first option is a dining table with a completely closed solid wood tabletop without additional decorations. The second option is to equip the tabletop surface with individual glass inlays, handcrafted in freehand cutting. These glass inlays are selected proportionally to the size of the table and create a connection between the rustic look of the wood and a modern design element.

The table frames are available in brushed stainless steel and silk-matte lacquered raw steel in industrial design and perfectly match the design of the tabletop. Furthermore, there is the option of custom manufacturing to adapt the table to your individual needs. Each dining table of the "Deep Island" series is handcrafted to ensure the highest quality. Production is carried out exclusively by small family businesses on Java and Bali to support local craftsmanship and promote the communities on site.

With this dining table made of old wood, the term "sustainability" takes on a whole new meaning. The massive tabletop consists of glued solid wood planks with an impressive thickness of 9 cm. The solid wood planks were painstakingly glued together and hand-brushed to highlight the beautiful wood grain. The processing marks from the previous use of the massive beams were carefully decorated with wooden dowels and wood inserts. An additional design element of the "Sky Island" series is the glass inlay, which allows a view into the interior of the tabletop.
Finally, the tabletop received a protective layer of high-quality furniture wax in our in-house workshop.
The table frame is made of raw steel in industrial design and was also handcrafted.

Material: Solid tree slices from a tree trunk / tree stump (teak), glass inlays with freehand cut and table base made of raw steel (crescent)

A tree trunk table with the natural design of nature. Various tree slices from old tree trunks and stumps form the basis for this impressive dining table. The natural edges of the tree slices were deliberately left untreated and the inner area of the tabletop was refined with glass inlays made by freehand cutting to allow a view into the natural tree edge. This construction creates the impression of a natural landscape with a lake.
The table frame made of raw steel has the shape of a crescent and was also handcrafted from raw steel in industrial design.

All tables are carefully inspected and reworked by our workshop team before delivery.
By coating with a high-quality furniture lacquer, the table receives a shadow-free and durable surface.

Dimensions: Length approx. 260 cm, width approx. 80-100 cm, height approx. 78 cm. The thickness of the tabletop is approx. 10.5 cm.
Material: Solid tree slab (Suar), table frame made of raw steel from the Halbmond series.

This impressive dining table made from a single massive Suar tree slab is a true one-of-a-kind piece. The tree slab from the root area has an extraordinary size of approx. 260 x 80-100 cm. Additionally, the slab, with a thickness of 10.5 cm, is a real heavyweight. Since the slab originates from the root area, the tabletop features an impressive grain and various naturally formed growths. The surface was finely sanded and coated with a high-quality semi-matte furniture lacquer.
The table leg made of raw steel in the shape of a crescent moon was, like every other component of the dining table, crafted entirely by hand. A true unique piece for lovers of extraordinary furniture.
