An interesting oval-shaped designer coffee table made of recycled wood with a raw steel table frame in industrial design and a freehand-cut glass inlay.
This beautiful coffee table uses recycled wood from demolished houses and bridges from the islands of Java and Bali. The nail holes and mortise joints found in the recycled wood have been artistically refined with additional wood. The tabletop for the "Fjord" series consists of three individual wooden panels made of solid, glued teak wood planks (frame construction). The space between the three panels features an artistically freehand-cut glass plate. The wooden surface of the tabletop has been hand-brushed and waxed.
