The choice of raw materials alone makes this oval dining table from the "Sky Island" series something special.
The 10 cm thick solid tabletop consists of glued solid wood planks from old houses on the islands of Java and Bali. Thanks to its oval shape and length of 205 cm, this dining table offers enough space for 6–8 people. Due to its extraordinary size, this table can also be used as a conference table in offices and meeting rooms. The surface of the solid tabletop is lightly brushed and sealed with high-quality furniture wax. The table leg in the shape of a crescent, which is of course also handcrafted, is made of raw steel in a vintage design.

Note: The recycled old wood used comes from demolished houses and bridges on the islands of Java and Bali. The tabletops are prefabricated on site by a small family business and refurbished and sealed in our in-house workshop upon arrival. Of course, attention is paid to the naturalness of the waxes used.
